Louise Avery has been an esteemed yoga teacher since 2004 and from 2007, her expertise extended to prenatal yoga. Her passion for working with women who are undergoing the amazing journey into motherhood saw her running ongoing pre-natal courses alongside her other yoga classes.
Louise’s wealth of understanding had been acquired from training with many renowned teachers including Donna Farhi, Desiree Rumbaugh and Judith Lasater Hanson, amongst others. Her extensive experience and training have helped her understand the intrinsic wonders of a deeply relaxing biomechanically sound yoga practice.
